Terms of sale

Every article has an identification code and its own unit of measure expressed in pieces (PCS), dozens (DZS), sets (STS) and couples (CPS).

The prices refer to the unit of measurement indicated and exclude VAT (22%).

A 10% discount is given by ordering a second quantity and 20% if a third quantity indicated on our website www.zambiasi.com is ordered.

It is not possible to order quantities lower than the minimum quantity indicated.

The minimum order for the first purchase is 500,00 Euro excluding VAT.
Orders of less than 150,00 Euro excluding VAT will not be shipped.

When ordering it is important to indicate in addition to the Company Name ,any different goods destinations and useful notes for shipping.

Transport costs are always charged to the recipient. Shipments are made using trusted couriers, unless otherwise indicated by you.

TRANSPORT COSTS

Italy:

For orders from 150 to 1,000 Euro	a fixed cost of 20,00 Euro
For orders from 1,000 to 2,000 Euro	3% of the goods sent
For orders from 2,000 to 3,000 Euro	2% of the goods sent
For orders over 3,000 Euro	1% of the goods sent

ABROAD

For orders to outside Italy the costs will be charged at the cost price of our trusted courier; any customs clearance or duty costs are charged to the recipient.

When the goods arrive we recommend you check the weight, their integrity and the number of packages.

Any problems or shortages must be indicated precisely on the transport document when signing for the goods and communicated to the company in a timely manner in writing, e-mail (info@zambiasi.com) or fax (0461-1739373).

Claims are only accepted within and not beyond 8 days from receipt of the goods.

No returned goods will be received unless authorised by the company.

For NEW CUSTOMERS payment is in advance and an additional 5% discount is granted on the invoice. Subsequently, other forms of payment must be agreed directly with the area representative.

YOUR PERSONAL DATA. We use – also through external collaborators – your personal data exclusively for our administrative and accounting purposes even when we share it with third parties. Detailed information, also with regard to your right of access and your other rights is provided on our website www.zambiasi.com and from the administration office at our headquarters in Via G.
